TÜİK Başkanlığı Ocak 2014-2015 dönemi “Ölüm Nedeni İstatistikleri” değişim oranlarını açıkladı. Sinop’ta ölümlerin 802’si dolaşım sistemi hastalıklarından kaynaklandı.

Bölgemizde ve Türkiye genelinde Ölüm Nedeni İstatistikleri istatistiklerle açıklandı.  TÜİK Kastamonu Bölge Müdürü Sevgi Altınbaş tarafından verilen bilgiye göre; “Ülkemizde dolaşım sistemi hastalıklarından kaynaklı ölümler, 157 bin 965 oldu . Sinop’ta ölümlerin 802’si dolaşım sistemi hastalıklarından kaynaklandı.

Ölüm nedenleri incelendiğinde; 2014 yılındaki ilk üç hastalık grubuna ilişkin sıralamanın 2015 yılında da değişmediği görüldü. Ölüm vakalarının 2014 yılında %40’ını oluşturan dolaşım sistemi hastalıkları 2015 yılında %40,3’ünü oluşturarak ilk sırada yer aldı.

İkinci sırada, 2014 yılında %20,4 oranında gerçekleşen iyi ve kötü huylu tümörlerden ölümler, 2015 yılında %20 olarak gerçekleşti.

Üçüncü sırada yer alan solunum sistemi hastalıkları ise 2014 ve 2015 yıllarında %10,6 ve %11,1 olarak hesaplandı.

Dolaşım sistemi kaynaklı ölümlerin %40,5’ini iskemik kalp hastalığı oluşturdu.

Dolaşım sistemi hastalıkları nedeniyle gerçekleşen ölümlerin 2015 yılında %40,5’i iskemik kalp hastalığından, %24,3’ü ise serebro-vasküler hastalıktan kaynaklandı.

Kötü huylu tümör nedeniyle gerçekleşen ölümlerin toplam sayısı 2014 yılında 76 bin 475 olurken, 2015 yılında 76 bin 969 olarak tespit edildi. 2014 yılında bu ölümlerin %31,1’i, 2015 yılında ise %31,2’si gırtlak ve soluk borusu/bronş/akciğerin kötü huylu tümöründen kaynaklandı.

Ölüm nedeni istatistikleri yaş gruplarına göre incelendiğinde; 2015 yılında dolaşım sistemi hastalıkları en çok (55 bin 980 kişi) 75-84 yaş grubunda, iyi ve kötü huylu tümörlerin ise en fazla (21 bin 598 kişi) 65-74 yaş grubunda olduğu görüldü.

İkamet edilen ile göre ölüm nedenleri incelendiğinde; dolaşım sistemi hastalıklarına bağlı ölümlerin oranının en yüksek olduğu ilk beş il; Denizli (%53,7), Karaman (%49,8), Bolu (%48,4), Yozgat (%47,5) ve Adıyaman (%46,8) olarak sıralandı. Ayrıca, iyi ve kötü huylu tümörler nedeniyle gerçekleşen ölümlerin oranının en yüksek olduğu ilk beş il ise sırasıyla; İstanbul (%24,8), Rize (%24,5), Kocaeli (%24,4), Edirne (%24,1) ve Ardahan (%24,1) olarak belirlendi.” denildi.
