Sinop’ta 12 Mayıs tarihinde İlahiyatçı Yazar Nurettin Yıldız’ın konferansının iptaline yol açan olaylarla ilgili gözaltına alınan 17 kişi bu gün savcılığa sevk ediliyor.
Şu ana kadar yaklaşık 8 kişi Sinop Adliyesi’ne getirildi. Sosyal Doku Vakfı Onursal Başkanı İlahiyatçı Yazar Nurettin Yıldız’ın Ayancık ve Sinop’ta vermesi planlanın konferansın iptaline yol açan olaylar ardından, dün gece 17 kişi gözaltına alındı.
Sinop’ta 12 Mayıs Perşembe günü, Sosyal Doku Vakfı Onursal Başkanı İlahiyatçı Yazar Nurettin Yıldız’ın vermesi planlanan konferansı protesto eden eylemciler ile polis arasında arbede yaşanmış, ardından konferans iptal edilmişti.
Olaylar ardından başlatılan soruşturma kapsamında, Sinop Barış ve Demokrasi Platformu üyesi olduğu belirtilen ve KESK Dönem Sözcüsü Metin Gürbüz’ün de aralarında olduğu 17 kişi polis tarafından akşam saatlerinde gözaltına alındı. CMK’nın 91 maddesi gereğince, 2911 sayılı yasaya muhalefet suçlamasıyla savcılık talimatıyla gözaltına alınan şahıslar Sinop İl Emniyet Müdürlüğü’ne getirildi.
Emniyette sorguları tamamlanan platform üyelerinden KESK Dönem Sözcüsü Metin Gürbüz ile birlikte 8’i sabah saatlerinde Sinop Adliyesi’ne getirildi. Gözaltına alınanların yakınları ve arkadaşları Adliye önünde bekleyişlerini sürdürürken, poliste çevrede geniş güvenlik önlemi aldı. Adliye önünde bekleyis sürüyor.
