Boyabat’ta Paralel Devlet Yapılanması (PDY) operasyonu kapsamında 22 kişinin gözaltına alındığı bildirildi.
Boyabat merkezli 2 ilde dün sabah saatlerinde düzenlenen “Fethullahçı Terör Örgütü/Paralel Devlet Yapılanması (FETÖ/PDY)” soruşturması kapsamında 22 kişi gözaltına alındı.
Boyabat Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı tarafından başlatılan FETÖ/PDY operasyonu kapsamında, Boyabat merkezli olarak, Boyabat ilçe merkezinde 18, Çorum il merkezinde 1, Samsun’un Atakum ilçesinde 1 ve Samsun’un Çarşamba ilçesinde de 1 şüpheli olmak üzere 22 kişi, ikameti ve iş yerlerinde yapılan aramaların ardından gözaltına alındı.
Operasyonla ilgili yazılı açıklama yapan Boyabat Cumhuriyet Başsavcısı Salih Şengöz, şüphelilerin sorgularının devam ettiğini söyledi. Salih Şengöz imzalı açıklamada şu ifadelere yer verildi; “Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığımızın 2015/1760 soruşturma evrakı ile FETÖ/PDY Boyabat yapılanmasına yönelik FETÖ/PDY Terör Örgütü üyeliği suçundan yürütülen soruşturma kapsamında, Boyabat Sulh Ceza Hakimliği’nin arama kararına istinaden ve Çorum, Samsun ve Çarşamba Cumhuriyet Başsavcılıklarına yazılan talimatlara istinaden 24.05.2016 tarihinde Boyabat ilçe merkezinde 18 şüpheli, Çorum il merkezinde 2 şüpheli, Samsun ili Atakum ilçesinde 1 şüpheli ve Samsun ili Çarşamba ilçesinde 1 şüpheli olmak üzere toplam 22 şüphelinin ikameti ve işyeri bulunan şüphelilerin işyerlerinde arama yapılmış ve şüpheliler hakkında gözaltı kararı verilmiş olup; Haklarında arama ve gözaltı kararı verilen şüphelilerden 1 tanesinin aynı suçtan Çorum Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı’nın yürüttüğü soruşturma kapsamında tutuklu olduğu anlaşılmış, 1 şüpheli ise Samsun ili Atakum ilçesinde ikameti dışında yakalanmış ve gözaltına alınmış olup haklarında gözaltı kararı bulunan 20 şüpheliye ikametlerinde ve iş yerlerinde ulaşılamamıştır. Daha sonra 1 şüpheli kolluk kuvvetlerince yakalanmış, 1 şüpheli ise kendisi teslim olmuştur.
Ayrıca; Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığımızca yukarıda belirtilen ve haklarında gözaltı ve arama kararı verilen 22 şüphelinin dışında 22 şüpheli hakkında da ifade alma işlemi devam etmektedir. Soruşturma safahatından ve sonucundan gerektiğinde ayrıca bilgi verilecektir”
