Karadeniz’in en tanınmış balıklarından olan kalkan balığı, fiyatı ile de cep yakıyor. Karadeniz’de avlanan Sinoplu balıkçıların ağına takılan 13 kilogram ağırlığındaki kalkan balığı 2 bin 80 liradan alıcısını bekliyor.
Mevsimi olmasına rağmen Karadeniz’in en önemli türlerinden kalkan balığının bugünlerde çok az sayıda avlandığını söyleyen Balıkçı Olcay Karabulut, bu durumun kalkan balığı fiyatında artışa neden olduğunu belirtti.
Karabulut; “Şuan da bu kalkan balığımız trolden geldi. 13 kilonun üzerinde. Bu sene dediğimiz gibi her zaman deniz bereketli oldu. Şuan da tuttuğumuz kalkan 13 kilogram. Kilogram fiyatı ise 160 liradan satılmaktadır. Bu seneki sezonu değerlendirmek gerekirse deniz genel olarak bayağı bereketli oldu. Palamuttan tut, hamsiye, istavritimizden, mezgite, barbuna kadar balık boldu” dedi.
