Türkiye 3. sü olarak Milli takıma seçilen Sinoplu Vücut geliştirme sporcumuz Çağrı DuranTürkiye’yi İspanya’da Temsil Edecek
14-17 nisan 2016 İstanbul’da Türkiye vücut geliştirme ve fitness Milli takım seçmelerine katılan Sinop’lu Vücut geliştirme sporcumuz Çağrı Duran Büyük erkekler klasik vücut geliştirme artı 1.80 kategorisinde Türkiye 3. sü oldu. Milli takıma seçilen Duran 4-8 mayıs tarihleri arasında İspanya Santa Susana’da yapılacak olan Avrupa şampiyonasına katılacak.
Konu ile ilgili konuşan Milli sporcu Çağrı Duran şu ifadelere yer verdi; ‘Milli takım seçmelerine uzun zamandır sıkı bir şekilde çalıştım ve Türkiye 3. sü oldum. Tabi bu işler görüldüğü kadar kolay olmuyor, bu işin mutfağında hummalı bir çalışma var. Antrenmanların yanın sıra birde beslenme boyutu var. Sponsor konusunda sıkıntı çekiyoruz, sonuçta masraflı bir iş. İmkânlarımız kısıtlı olmasına rağmen İlimizi Spor arenasında temsil etmeye çalışıyoruz. Şimdi sıra İspanya’da, inşallah oradan da başarı ile döneriz. Başta Antrenörüm ve aynı zamanda maddi ve manevi destekçim Ceyhun Tokmak hocama ve emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ediyorum’ diye konuştu.

First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.
