Şube Müdürlüğümüze ulaşan ihbarlarda Çorum İli, Osmancık İlçesi, Karaçay Köyü ve Gökdere köylerinde gece avı yapıldığı bildirilmesi üzerine, 12.01.2021 tarihinde ekiplerimiz bahsi geçen köylere hızlı şekilde intikal etmişlerdir. Gökdere köyüne görevlendirilen ekip yaptığı gözlem neticesinde 1 adet 2014 model Erkunt markalı traktörün, gücünü araç aküsünden alan projektör yardımıyla av yaptığı ve 2 adet yaban tavşanı ile 1 adet çulluk avladığı tespit edilmiştir.

4915 sayılı kara avcılığı kanunu kapsamında 1 kişiye 3.415 TL idari para cezası yanı sıra avladığı hayvanların tazminatı için 2.697 TL, toplamda ise 6.112 TL cezai işlem uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca şahsın avda kullandığı traktöre, mülkiye kamuya geçirilmek üzere geçici olarak el konulmuştur. Traktörün arka bölümünde, yeni kesilmiş kayın orman emvali ve 1 adet motorlu testere tespit edilmiştir.

Kaçak orman emvali ile ilgili olarak Osmancık Orman İşletme Şefliğine ve Osmancık Nöbetçi savcılığına bilgi verilmiştir.Karaçay köyüne görevlendirilen ekip, köyün yakınlarındaki ormanlık alanda Fiat Doblo markalı aracın farlarıyla av yaptığını tespit etmiştir. Avda kullanılan ruhsatsız bir adet yivsiz av tüfeğine geçici olarak el konulmuştur.

Araçta bulunan şahıslara toplam 5.460 TL idari para cezası uygulanmış olup, avda kullanılan Fiat Doblo markalı araca da mülkiye kamuya geçirilmek üzere el konulmuştur.Bu kapsamda toplamda 11.572 TL idari para cezası ve 2 adet araca mülkiye kamuya geçirilmek üzere geçici olarak el konulmuştur.
