Sinop’ta kaçak rakı üretimi

Sinop’ta izinsiz üretildiği ileri sürülen yaklaşık 240 litre kaçak rakı ele geçirilirken, olayla ilgili iki kişi hakkında işlem başlatıldı.

Olay il merkezine bağlı bir köyde meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgiye göre istihbarat çalışması yürüten Kabalı Jandarma Karakol Komutanlığı ekipleri, kendine göre bir yöntem geliştiren iki şahsın çeşitli meyveleri damıtarak rakı ürettiği bilgisine ulaştı.

Şahısların eğlence amaçlı gelip gittikleri ahşap kamelya tarzı yapıda yapılan aramada 240 litre 100 cc’lik şişeler halinde izinsiz üretilmiş kaçak rakı ile bir adet ruhsatsız av tüfeği ele geçirildi.

Kaçak içkilerden Sinop İl Tarım ve Hayvancılık İl Müdürlüğü ekiplerince tahlil amaçlı numune alınırken, şahıslar ifadeleri alınmaları ardından serbest bırakıldı. Şahıslara 4733 sayılı Tütün ve Alkol Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu Teşkilat ve Görevleri Hakkındaki kanuna muhalefetten işlem başlatıldığı kaydedildi. Şahısların ifadelerinde ise, rakıları kendileri için ürettikleri, ticari bir amacının olmadığını söyledikleri öğrenildi. Olayla ilgili başlatılan soruşturma sürüyor.
